Ready Get Go™ is a trademarked brand and a division of PromoPal Pty Ltd, ABN 86 632 118 908. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean PromoPal Pty Ltd trading as Ready Get Go.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through readygetgo.com.au, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
The short version. The only information we collect is what you type into our enquiry form, plus the basic technical details every website receives. We use it to answer your enquiry. We do not sell it, we do not advertise to you with it, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect:
- your name
- your organisation
- your email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it — this field is optional
- how many bags you need
- which bag and colour you are interested in
- whatever you write in the requirements box
- any logo or artwork file you choose to upload — this is optional
Please only include information that is relevant to your enquiry. There is no need to send us personal details about anyone else, and we ask that you don’t.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address and the time you submitted. These are recorded with your enquiry so we can identify and stop automated abuse of the form.
- Standard web server logs. Like every website, our server records the pages requested, the time, your IP address and your browser type.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any form of visitor tracking.
The only cookie-like data this site uses comes from Cloudflare Turnstile, the “are you a person?” check on our enquiry form. It is strictly necessary to stop the form being abused by automated scripts, and it does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- answer your enquiry and prepare a quote
- contact you about your enquiry, by email or phone
- produce your order, if you go ahead
- keep a record of what was discussed and agreed
- protect the website from spam and abuse
We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Who else is involved
This list is short on purpose. These are the only third parties that touch information from this website:
- Hostinger — hosts our website and our email. Your enquiry is delivered to, and stored in, an email mailbox they host.
- Cloudflare — provides the Turnstile anti-spam check. When you submit the form, your IP address is sent to Cloudflare so it can judge whether the submission looks automated.
- Google Fonts — supplies the typeface used on this site. Loading a font means your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address. No account or cookie is involved.
Information sent overseas
Our website and email are hosted on a server located outside Australia, currently in Europe. Cloudflare and Google both operate globally and may process the technical information described above outside Australia.
This means your enquiry is stored on an overseas server. By sending us an enquiry, you consent to that. If you would prefer your details not to leave Australia, please phone us on 1300 191 866 instead of using the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our email records for as long as we may reasonably need them — to answer follow-up questions, to honour a quote, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Where we have no ongoing reason to keep an enquiry, we delete it.
Artwork you upload is delivered to us as an email attachment. It is not kept on the website’s server.
The short-lived record used to limit how often the form can be submitted is stored as a scrambled version of your IP address, and is discarded automatically within the hour.
Keeping it secure
- The whole site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit.
- Your enquiry is sent to us over an authenticated, encrypted mail connection.
- Mailbox credentials are stored on the server outside the public website folder, so they can never be downloaded.
- Uploads are limited by file size and file type.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information while it travels across the internet. We do take reasonable steps to protect it once it reaches us.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- delete your enquiry, where we have no ongoing need to keep it
Email info@readygetgo.com.au or call 1300 191 866. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on the request, and we will respond within a reasonable time. There is normally no charge.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first — most things are quickly sorted out. Email info@readygetgo.com.au with the details and we will look into it and respond.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can take the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au, or by phone on 1300 363 992.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always sits on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
